Important Notice
ChartrLink is operated by JETSYDE LLC as an air charter broker only. We are not an air carrier, do not hold an FAA Air Carrier Certificate, and do not exercise operational control over any aircraft. All flights are operated by independent FAA-certificated Part 135 or Part 121 direct air carriers.
Broker Status Disclosure
ChartrLink is owned and operated by JETSYDE LLC, an air charter broker as defined under 14 C.F.R. Part 295. JETSYDE LLC is not a direct air carrier and does not hold an FAA Air Carrier Certificate under 14 C.F.R. Part 135 or Part 121.
JETSYDE LLC does not own, operate, lease, or maintain any aircraft. JETSYDE LLC does not employ pilots, flight crew, or aircraft maintenance personnel. All flights arranged through this platform are operated under the exclusive operational control of FAA-certificated direct air carriers holding valid Part 135 or Part 121 operating certificates.

The direct air carrier assigned to each flight is solely and exclusively responsible for:
JETSYDE LLC exercises no operational control over any flight and assumes no responsibility for the operational decisions of any direct air carrier.
Mandatory DOT/FAA Disclosures (14 C.F.R. § 295.24)
In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations governing air charter brokers, JETSYDE LLC makes the following disclosures to all charterers:
Operator Identity
The corporate name of the FAA-certificated direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft will be disclosed to the Charterer prior to or upon execution of the charter contract. If this information is not available at the time of contracting, it will be provided within a reasonable time and no later than prior to the commencement of the flight.
Broker Capacity
JETSYDE LLC is acting as an air charter broker, arranging air transportation on behalf of the Charterer by contracting with direct air carriers. JETSYDE LLC may act as agent of the Charterer or as agent of the direct air carrier, as specified in the individual charter contract.
Pricing Transparency
All quoted prices include JETSYDE LLC's brokerage fee. Applicable government taxes and fees — including the Federal Excise Tax (7.5% on domestic air transportation) and segment fees — will be disclosed prior to contract execution. Third-party fees such as fuel surcharges, international handling fees, and landing fees will be disclosed to the extent known at the time of quoting.
Liability Insurance
JETSYDE LLC does not carry liability insurance covering Charterers or passengers on charter flights. Liability insurance is maintained by the direct air carrier operating the flight. Charterers are strongly encouraged to obtain independent travel insurance.
Right to Cancel
If required disclosures are not provided within a reasonable time, Charterers have the right to cancel the charter contract and receive a full refund of all monies paid, in accordance with 14 C.F.R. § 295.24(c).
No Warranty of Operator Safety Records
JETSYDE LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to work with reputable, FAA-certificated operators. However, JETSYDE LLC makes no warranty or representation regarding the safety record, operational history, or financial condition of any direct air carrier. Charterers are encouraged to independently verify operator credentials through the FAA's public registry at av-info.faa.gov.
Price Estimates and Availability
All prices displayed on this platform are estimates based on current market data and are subject to change. Quoted prices are not binding until confirmed in a written Charter Agreement executed by both parties. Aircraft availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing.
